Starting Situation
The Hilti Deutschland GmbH has been located for many years in Kaufering (the upper part of Bavaria). This
well-known company produces assembly equipment, primarily elements for mounting and fastening
technology. As part of the company's organizational development, it was decided to centralize the main
administration of the German branch in Kaufering.

Results
20 kV transfer station out of the Lech-Elektrizitätswerke network; peak load approximately 700 kW; lightning
conductor and grounding system; electric installation with route systems; lighting systems; interruption free
electricity supplying with a nominal capacity of 250 kVa for the telephone and computer systems; information
and communication technology (telephone, fire alert systems, alarm systems, clock and meter systems,
intercom systems, entrance control systems); building automation; EDP network with active and passive
components; transportation technology (4 elevators); fire protection measures
