Starting Situation
The Hilti Deutschland GmbH has been located for many years in Kaufering (the upper part of Bavaria). This
well-known company produces assembly equipment, primarily elements for mounting and fastening techno-
logy. As part of the company's organizational development, it was decided to centralize the main administ-
ration of the German branch in Kaufering.

Results
20 kV transfer station out of the Lech-Elektrizitätswerke network; peak load approximately 700 kW; lightning
conductor and grounding system; electric installation with route systems; lighting systems; interruption free
electricity supplying with a nominal capacity of 250 kVa for the telephone and computer systems; informa-
tion and communication technology (telephone, fire alert systems, alarm systems, clock and meter systems,
intercom systems, entrance control systems); building automation; EDP network with active and passive
components; transportation technology (4 elevators); fire protection measures
