Starting Situation
With the liberalization of the electricity market, prices for electricity dropped and consequently the profit margin for the supplier. "Lowering cost and absorbing proceed losses" is the answer to the market development. To do so, all instruments in business management must be used:

Securing of sales in existing supply area
Winning of new customers
Offer of additional customer services

At the same time, companies are in the process of radial change as a result of unbundling processes.
